SHIPPING POLICY
Valani Wellness Co. ships from Houston, Texas. Here's what to expect.
PROCESSING TIME
. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays)
. Orders placed after 12 PM CST on Friday are processed the following Monday
. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY (UNITED STATES)
. Standard Shipping: $5.99 flat rate, 3-7 business days
. FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $75
. Expedited Shipping: calculated at checkout, 2-3 business days
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.
CARRIERS
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is selected based on your location and package size.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after shipment.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Valani Wellness Co. is not responsible for packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier but reported missing. If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it:
. Check with neighbors and your local post office
. File a claim directly with the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx)
. Email hello@valaniwellnessco.com and we will help where we can
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged, email hello@valaniwellnessco.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will send a replacement or issue store credit.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Pre-order items ship on the date listed on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order ships together when the pre-order item is ready.
