. 14-day return window from delivery date
. Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original undamaged packaging
. Customer covers return shipping unless the item arrived defective or damaged
. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item
CHLOROPHYLL DROPS & CLARITY PATCHES
For safety and hygiene reasons, these items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
. Store credit only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect
. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label
. No credit will be issued for taste preference, performance expectations, or opened products
. All claims are manually reviewed to prevent abuse
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email hello@valaniwellnessco.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will make it right with a replacement or store credit.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After that, the order enters fulfillment and cannot be canceled.
